Fajitas

Fajitas
Ingredients
4 to 5 bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1/2″ strips
1 onion, sliced into 1/4″ strips
6 whole wheat tortillas
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp raw sugar
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
a few drops of hot sauce

Directions:
Whisk cornstarch through hot sauce with 1/3 cup of water and set aside. Line a medium skillet with water and add onions and peppers. Cook over medium heat, adding water as necessary, until the peppers are cooked but still crisp, the onions are translucent and no additional water remains. Rewhisk spice mixture and pour over peppers and onions. All the mixture to slightly thicken for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir to combine so peppers and onions are evenly coated. Spoon peppers and onions into tortilla shells and serve.
